7 days credit term for international tickets (subject for approval)
5 days credit term for domestic tickets (subject for approval)
3 days for all documentation billing, e.g. passport, immigration and visas (subject for approval)
For package tours or hotel arrangements requiring dollar payment, current airline rate of exchanges shall be applied
For group & incentive travel, terms of payment should be based on a duly notarized Contract of Agreement.
An Official Purchase Order duly signed by your authorized officer is required.
